The EKG Technician program at Saint Francis will prepare you for all aspects of the career. In addition to patient care, you’ll learn the fundamentals of electrocardiography, EKG equipment and techniques, stress testing, halter monitoring, EKG interpretation and more.
Hybrid, Hands-on Learning
Classroom learning is online and asynchronous, allowing you to maintain an ideal schedule. Hands-on learning begins in our state-of-the-art labs where you’ll learn to use the equipment and practice your skills before heading out to community clinicals.
Upon completion of the course, you’ll be eligible to take the National Healthcareer Association certification exam for EKG technicians and be eligible to work in all 50 states.
