Rachel began her interest in anatomy and physiology while studying Sculpture and Figurative Art at Munson Williams Proctor Institute School of Art.  After helping develop her family business, Energy Savers Inc. she returned to her study of holistic health at the Finger Lakes School of Massage. 

Rachel is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner. She is the Founder of Terra Organic Spa located in Fayetteville, New York. 

Rachel specializes in Injury Prevention and Recovery, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Massage Cupping and Pregnancy Massage.
