ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If a service
begins late due to client tardiness, the service will still end at the
originally scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATION
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
NO SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future services will be denied until payment is made.
PARENTAL PERMISSION
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their appointments.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The value of Gift Certificates may be used toward any treatment or service. Example: The value amount of a Gift Certificate for a Swedish Massage may be used toward a Facial Treatment instead.
