All appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover. A deposit is required for multiple treatments and holiday appointments.
CASH only is accepted for Gratuities.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If a service begins late due to client tardiness, the service will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time.
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another client to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling a Holiday, Special Event or Group appointments.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their missed appointment and future services will be denied until payment is made.
Due to the sensitivities arising from exposure to perfume we request that clients honor our hypo allergenic environment for both our staff and visitors by refraining from wearing perfume.
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their appointments.
SPA FINDER &
Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate. Gift Certificates have no cash value. The value of Gift Certificates may be used toward any treatment or service. Example: The value amount of a Gift Certificate for a Swedish Massage may be used toward a Facial Treatment instead.
Spa Finder and Spa Wish Cards are accepted for payment toward regularly priced Spa Treatments only. They can not be combined with our Spa Specials or any other savings or discount. They can not be used toward Boutique or Maryn Gallery purchases. Please provide the Card information when booking appointments and also upon arrival to appointment.
Only one Spa Special may be applied per client. Spa Specials can not be combined with any other savings or discount. *Specials may not be applied to Couples Services or Special Events.
MARYN GALLERY & BOUTIQUE PURCHASES
All Maryn Gallery sales are final. We will accept Boutique returns of products in unused condition and with receipt within 30 days of purchase and for boutique credit only. We are unable to accept returns or issue credit on items that have been used or are opened.
